Not all that much progress, but something I guess. I put in about an hour in Mario last night with not much progress of it to show.

One thing I CAN show is what I stitched for Sharine! You can go ahead and hop over to her blog and see the full package along with reading her awesome blog.

This is a Teresa Wentzler beginning whitework ornament. A really fun stitch done with Thread Gatherer Silk n'Colors antique roses and cream Mill Hill beads, stitched on 28-count tea-dyed fabric.

Handsome, helpful Boyfriend has come to visit for Easter, which makes me really happy. Been really blue for a bit now. This is the first time I'm using my laptop in about three days (156 blog posts to catch up on - yikes!). We made tamales from scratch today and they turned out delicious! Very time-consuming but very worth it.

Hope you're all having a wonderful weekend and stitching up a storm!

Would LOVE to hear about your tamales and the recipe, how difficult were they to make? My husband loves them...so I'd love to try to make him some!

Love all your work, I am fascinated with your Greek Mandala by Chatelaine Designs. It is so beautiful, I have never stitched a Chatelaine Design, looking at this WIP, I think I may just have to.
