My brother in law convinced me to post a shot or two from that modeling session I did a few weeks ago. So here goes:
So... there I am. There are two more shots on John Remus' (the photographer) page if you want to check them out or if you want to see his work in general. I think I'm under the "portraits" tab. He really is a wonderful photographer, though. And a great friend :) I might be getting some more photos but we'll see. Also, for the record, he did not photoshop the color of my eyes. I feel like I have to defend my honor on that account ;)
As for stitching, I'm going to be participating in the IHSW (International Hermit and Stitch Weekend). It's a wonderful idea of Joyce's and if you'd like to sign up, please visit her blog. If I know life, though, the one weekend where I don't have anything planned will turn out to be super busy. But I hope to be able to make it and show you much progress on College!

Lovely photos! and so nice to hear he didn't photoshop them! There is no need for beautiful women to have changes made to their photos yet so many of the magazines do and it makes me cross!
Enjoy IHSW
You're gorgeous, Ewa. I love your expression in the b&w one and you have stunning eyes. :D
Aw shucks, you guys are sweet :) Thanks! And I agree, real women shouldn't be photoshopped. The photoshopped versions we see in magazines are unattainable and part of the reason so many young girls and young adults (myself included) have body image issues and resort to desperate measures like eating disorders (myself excluded). I may not be perfect but I am who I am.
And now I'm going to step off my soapbox.
Wow! Awesome photos Ewa :) You're very pretty. Looking forward to seeing your cross stitch progress. Wish I could participate but it's been a super busy time for me.
Oh my, you are so beautiful and your eyes are amazing. I always wanted to have blue eyes (or green) but I guess I have to life with dark brown ;)
This shows that women don't NEED to be photoshopped :)
I'm excited to see your work after IHSW :)
Oh my, you guys are so sweet! I'm blushing just typing this. Thank you! And progress on IHSW is going surprisingly well. Can't wait to update tomorrow evening!
Wow, what stunning photos! Thank you for putting them up - it's lovely to see someone so lovely being so natural in a photo - your photographer has done a great job!

Awwww, thank you! I give most of the credit to John, though. He is truly a fantastic photographer. I always tell him that if I ever get married, he's the photographer :) He has a knack for capturing moments.
